The company was founded over 30 years ago is run by Chris Ingham (Technical Director) and Paul Gray (Managing Director) It has grown organically to become what is recognised as the regions premier Security Systems provider.
Through continual product development in collaboration and close co-operation with internationally renowned manufacturers, our eagerness to embrace the very best in cutting edge technologies, we are confident in our ability to provide the very best in customer service together with tailor-made, cost effective solutions to suit each and every individual client requirement, from the simple to the complex, from Corporate to Residential the right solution, on time and on budget.
With thousands of clients, from the Corporate, Financial, Retail and Residential sectors we recognise that leading edge technology is all well and good. However, we further recognise that what is more important should there be a problem, is the providing the customer facility to speak directly to someone who not only understands the problem, but importantly, has the ability to offer a real solution. What is the NSI?
The National Security Inspectorate is an independent non-profit making approvals body providing inspection services for the security and fire industries. For over 30-years, NSI has been protecting the customer through insisting on the highest standards and operating the toughest inspection regime. Approved companies are inspected regularly, by highly qualified, full-time inspectors, to prove their ongoing delivery of the highest standards. NSI’s Customer Care support process reinforces the reliability and integrity of the companies it inspects. All NSI schemes exceed the appropriate requirements of the Police, Fire Service and Insurers.
